Advanced Planning Advisors of Florida provides calm, independent guidance to help individuals and families navigate important planning decisions with clarity, confidence, and care. The focus is on thoughtful conversations, informed choices, and support—never pressure or rushed decisions.

Dawn Fields is a licensed Advanced Planning Advisor who works with families throughout Florida, offering end-of-life planning support that is advisory in nature. Her role centers on education, organization, and informed decision-making, empowering individuals and their loved ones to understand their options and plan with intention.

As part of her planning work, Dawn is contracted to represent Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society, Florida’s largest family-owned and operated funeral and cremation provider. Established in 1980, Baldwin Brothers has grown to 22 locations statewide and remains family owned and operated. The organization owns and operates its own crematoriums and offers the Security Trust System™, providing families with transparency, protection, and peace of mind.

This professional relationship allows Dawn to coordinate funeral and cremation planning options through a trusted, established provider while remaining focused on independent guidance and personal choice. Families are supported in understanding available options—including advance planning and pre-arrangements when appropriate—with the goal of reducing uncertainty and helping avoid future price increases. Dawn’s role is to guide conversations, answer questions, and support thoughtful planning—not to direct or limit decisions.

Dawn works with seniors, adult children, caregivers, and care professionals, offering support both for proactive planning and for situations where decisions must be made more quickly due to changes in health or life circumstances. Every interaction is approached with respect, discretion, and compassion.

Advanced Planning Advisors of Florida offers in-person planning services throughout Central and Southwest Florida, with flexible options available statewide. Appointments outside the Southwest Florida region are readily available by phone or Zoom, allowing most planning needs to be completed efficiently from anywhere in Florida.

When an in-person meeting is preferred beyond Southwest Florida, arrangements can be made through a trusted local Advanced Planning Advisor colleague to ensure continuity, personal attention, and timely completion of services. This collaborative approach ensures the same level of care, professionalism, and guidance—regardless of location—while maintaining broad availability throughout Central and Southwest Florida.
